To make the computer miss anytime you want, press R to switch to overhead mode then use the analog stick to move the computer's cue stick.

If you overshoot or undershoot a shot you may retake it. While the computer is taking its turn, press LEFT to view the instant replay. Before the replay starts, hold R to view the shot from above, then hold A to recue the shot. While holding A you may change the power level, but you cannot change the angle. Shoot as normal.

If you are playing any kind of pool game with the computer, after you win keep doing a replay. Each time you do your rating points will increase.
