Before the game, when you select the condition of the ice, press: Left, Right, up-C, down-C, Down, A + B, Start.

For an easy goal, take the puck to the end of the face-off circle and cut in towards the goal. Skate the full length of the crease. (About half way through, the goalie should drop to the ice.) As you near the end, press right-C to make a twist shot.
