You must collect 50 Rescue Points.

After you beat the meteor, continue taking jobs until you wake up early. Your leader will go outside and see a blue blur race by. Then you will find out that Kecleon had his TMs ripped off. You will gain access to the Northern Range to chase after Latios (the blue blur). Be warned, he comes at level 30, so come prepared. After kicking his butt, you all return to Pokemon Square, where Latios explains the reason for his actions. Latias has crash-landed in Pitfall Valley and needs rescuing. Rescue Latias, and they show their thanks by joining your rescue team. Their Friend Area is the (dum-da-dum-dum!) Southern Island, which I assume you automatically receive (I used GSA to get all Friend Areas, so I wouldn't know precisely).

After you complete the game (by defeating Rayquarza) and after doing two or three missions/rescues go into the town and walk to the middle of the town a Spinda will follow you and then collapse.

The Spinda will talk about the "Mirage Pokemon" and you will receive a clear wing to access "Fiery Field". Clear that by defeating the fire cat Entai to access the "Lightning Field". Clear that by beating Riku to get "Northwind Field". Finish that by beating Sasun and then you gain the access to "Mt. Faraway".

At this dungeon, go to floor 40 to battle the "Mirage Pokemon" Ho-oh (I estimate him to be at Level 60). Ho-oh has about 800Hp. After you defeat him, talk to Spinda for plenty of money.

In Blinx 2, each faction has their own unique Ultimate Weapons. However, they can only be made available after you have earned all 36 Medals in each faction. Pig Medals for the Tom Toms and Cat Medals for the Time Sweepers.

For the Tom Toms, earning all 36 Pig Medals awards you with the Satellite. This weapon works just like the Heavy Tub. However, the Satellite is way powerful than any other Tom Tom weapons available. This weapon has to be purchased at the price of 7000G and it is a leader-only weapon.

For the Time Sweepers, getting all 36 Cat Medals gives you access to the TS-X9 Legend Sweeper. Unlike the TS-16000S and other Level 3 Sweepers, the TS-X9 bears an extra Time Control Slot for each Time Control. The TS-X9 Legend also proves to possess superior sweeping and projectile speeds. This unit can be purchased at a price of 5000G. However, unlike the Tom Tom Satellite, you can buy the TS-X9 for your fellow Sweepers as well, making your Sweeper team unstoppable.

To find lugia first you need to recrute moltres, zapdos, articuno. But before all of that you need to complete the game (beat Rayquaza). Then when Alakazam is near the enterance to whiscash`s pond talk to him and he will mention something like the 3 legendary birds acting weird and then he will ask you to go and have alook at them. So then go to legendary island friend area and all 3 legendary birds will be in Articuno's part.

They will all do an attack and then they will talk to you about awakening the lord of the sea lugia. then you will gain acess to silver trench. I can`t remember what floor lugia is on but if you want to recruit him just keep on going back and facing him.

Lugia: Floor 99 of Silver Trench Lv 30; 99.9% of the time he can be recruited they wouldn't want you to go 99 floors a bunch of times to get 1 pokemon!Deep Sea current is his Friend Area and you get it when you recruit him, for free!

Ho-oh: Floor 40 of Mt. Faraway Lv 50; 99.9% recruit chance(note you have to beat once before that 99.9% comes in)Rainbow peak is this one's friend area(you have to buy it)

Celebi: Purity forest dungeon floor 99 at Lv45 You get him and his friend area after you beat him; WARNING! Your level gets reduced to 1 at the begining of this dungeon but all the other pokemon are weak, too.

Groudon: Get him 10.0% of the time also gets his friend area with him

Kyogre: Get him 50.0% of the time friend area included with Package!

Rayquaza: Get him 10.0% of the time also Friend area included

Jirachi: Lv 40 floor 99 Wish cave. Friend area Mt. Moonview with a 99.9% recruit chance but a regression of one level.

Deoxous: Floor 20 of meteor cave Lv 35 10.0% recruit chance in all forms Friend Area included!

At the 'Wonder Mail' option in the main menu, input this code:

The code gives you a D-Ranked Rescue Job in Mt. Thunder to find a Gold Ribbon for 200 Poke. Go to Mt. Thunder, and find the wanted item. Then, before you leave the dungeon, equip it to one of your Pokemon. When you leave the dungeon, the Gold Ribbon will NOT be handed over. Then, take the Gold Ribbon from your Pokemon and sell it for 2000 Poke! The Job will still be in your list, leaving you to repeat the mission as many times as you want, provided the client never gets the item.
