There's no getting around it, no denying it...Soldier of Fortune II is the gaming definition of visceral. Its violent, guttural depiction of gunplay is about as intense and stomach churning as it comes. But more than this, Soldier of Fortune II is a game of action, a game of relentless shooting, a game riddled with blind corners, lurking enemies, devious snipers, and plenty of trouble.

Straightforward and linear by design, it's still difficult enough at times to warrant and justify this, the complete guide. A few frustrating points aside, the game is a real romp, one that at the higher difficulty levels will test the resolve of even the best of twitch shooters. But if you need a little help sneaking between the proverbial rock and the hard place, a little assistance with the cheats, or clever looks at the weapons and characters, then this is the place for you.
