Create a player with DOLLABILLS as his last name. He will be available in the free agent pool.

To unlock Ghetto Fabulous as a playable character, create a player with the last name of GHETTOFAB. Once created, he will be available for signing from the free agent pool.

To unlock Just Blaze, create a player with the last name GOODBEATS. Then check the free agent list to find Just Blaze.
