Start a new game and enter X, X, X, A, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, X, X, X, A, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT RIGHT

Finish the game on Detective Mode to unlock Hard-Boiled Mode, New York Minute Mode, Dead Man Walking Mode, and the Jump to Chapter option. Finish the game on Hard-Boiled Mode to unlock Dead on Arrival Mode.

Successfully complete the game in Dead On Arrival mode to view a special ending.

In Part One, Chapter 3 (The Depths of My Brain) take Max down the long staircase and enter into the autopsy room. Walk over to the cadaver fridge door where Mona's apparently dead body emerges. Stand directly to the right of her emerging body. Now play around with the camera angle behind Max. If you fiddle the camera just right, you should be able to see a little more of Mona than the developers probably wanted you to.
