While it's not exactly a sequel per se, Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution is a vastly different game than the original VF4. With new characters, modes and arenas as well as a handful of major and minor tweaks to existing characters, VF Evolution is, in many ways, a whole new game.

Win all 14 underground tournaments at the Event Square in Quest Mode to unlock the Battle Mode option in the menu.

To hear the old school Sega voice, hold Circle when the Sega Logo appears during the game demo.

Purchase Dural from the shop in Sega Area Uptown in Quest Mode. In Vs. Mode, Dural can be selected by moving the cursor to the top left space.

The last digit in your character's total wins needs to be a 9 (9, 39, 109, etc.) for this to work. When you reach Dural's stage in Arcade Mode his eyes will glow purple.

Reach Dural's stage in Arcade Mode in under 9 minutes to hear one tune and in over 9 minutes to hear the alternate play in the background.

To fight against a transparent Dural in Arcade Mode you need to reach Dural's Stage within the time limit of the following formula: Number of Rounds X 2 + 2 Minutes. Ex: If you fight 2 round matches, you need to reach the Dural stage in under 6 minutes (2X2+2=6).

Reach Sega Area Midtown in Quest Mode to unlock. To select, go to the Vs. Mode and move the cursor to the left until it is off the stage list. Then press X to select.

Reach Club Sega Plant Area in Quest Mode to unlock. To select, go to the Vs. Mode and move the cursor to the left until it is off the stage list. Then press X to select.

Reach Sega World South in Quest Mode to unlock. To select, go to the Vs. Mode and move the cursor to the left until it is off the stage list. Then press X to select.

Reach Club Sega Bay Area in Quest Mode to unlock. To select, go to Vs. Mode and move the cursor to the left until it is off the stage list. Then press X to select.

In Vs. Mode, play with any character who's obtained a rank of Shouhaou. When you return to the character select screen after the match, the music from VF2 will play.

Purchse from the shop in Quest Mode. At the stage select screen in Vs. Mode, move the cursor to the corner in the top left of the screen and hit X.

In Vs. Mode, each player must select VF1 character models (see above).

Purchse from the shop in Quest Mode. At the character select screen in Arcade or Vs. Mode, hold P+K after selecting your character.

Purchase from the shop in Quest Mode. During the replay, hold down K+G.

Purchase from the shop in Quest Mode. During the replay, hold down P+K.

Purchase new win poses from the shop in Quest Mode. During the replay, hold down P+G and press the D-Pad in different directions to select the poses.
