To unlock all of the extra surfers in the game, press and hold R1 and L1 at the title screen. Then press LEFT, CIRCLE, UP, RIGHT, CIRCLE, LEFT, LEFT.

To unlock everything, press and hold R1 and L1 at the title screen. Then press DOWN, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, DOWN, RIGHT, CIRCLE, X.

To unlock all the beaches, press and hold R1 and L1 at the title screen. Then press DOWN, UP, LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, RIGHT.
