At the character selection screen press:

This will unlock Freak E. Deke and Michael Jackson.

At the Character select screen press:

All characters will be unlocked. The question mark in the lower-right corner is the "Random fighter" button. Before you press X to confirm the fighter you want you can press the SQUARE button to change their costumes. You will have access to every costume, including the Holiday outfits. Not every boxer has a Holiday Outfit.

Note: This code also works in Championship mode.

If you haven't earned him yet you can use the Unlock All Character code. Next select Rumbleman and hit the SQUARE button until it says "Holiday Outfit" underneath his name.

At the character select screen press:

Turn on your dreamcast without a disc inside. Access your settings option and change the date to your favorite Holiday. Now, place you copy of Ready 2 Rumble Round 2 in your dreamcast and start the game. You'll notice some of the characters celebrating the holiday in various costumes.
