What's a low-rung chump like you doing challenging the streets of Los Angeles, Paris and Tokyo? You're in it for the speed, the cars, the respect...but most importantly, you're in it to reach the top of Midnight Club II's long ladder of shady street racers, to become the world champion of illegal street racing.

So what's the problem, chump? The seamy underground's not as friendly as expected, and just perhaps you've earned yourself a few more bumps and bruises than championship crowns. Don't sweat it little buddy--we'll help you out, yo.

The resident masters of the Midnight Club have assembled these pages to walk you through the races--we'll get you to the top, even if we've gotta drag your sorry ass. We'll hold your hand through each and every one of Midnight Club II's Career Mode races, uncovering all of the best shortcuts and fastest routes through the complex mazes these cities present. And for those particularly nasty races we've got example videos showing you exactly how to deal with the world's various hookmen in cool form. But make sure to check out our tips on driving techniques before you attempt any underground takeover, yo. You'll save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

Don't fret if you don't make it through on your first try--Midnight Club II is all about persistence. And don't let their insults get you down! To unlock the LAPD car, beat all circuit races in LA.

Beat all circuit races in Paris (Arcade Mode) to unlock the Parisian police car.

To unlock the Tokyo Police Car, beat all circuit races (Arcade Mode) in Tokyo.

To outfit machine guns and rockets to your car, go to the Options menu, and select Options: Cheat Codes. Enter savethekids as a cheat to hook your ride up with machine guns and rockets. When playing the game press R3 (click the right analog stick) to fire rockets and L3 (click the left analog stick) to fire machine guns.

To outfit machine guns and rockets to your car, go to the Options menu, and select Options: Cheat Codes. Enter the code howhardcanitbe, followed by a number 0-9. The most difficult is howhardcanitbe9, while the easiest is howhardcanitbe0. Enjoy.

Go to the Options menu, and select Options: Cheat Codes. Then enter the phrase "gladiator" to activate the no damage cheat.

Go to the Options menu, and select Options: Cheat Codes. Then, to unlock all cars, areas, etc. in Arcade Mode, enter the phrase "rimbuk". This code is case-sensitive.

To have infinite Nitros, go to the Options menu, and select Options: Cheat Codes. Then enter the phrase "greenLantern" to activate the cheat. (It's case-sensitive, so make the L big).

Finish first in the Arcade races in Tokyo, LA and Paris to unlock the SLFA50X, which is only usable in Arcade Mode.

To unlock all vehicles and cities, go to the cheat menu and enter the phrase "pennyThug". This code is case-sensitive.

To unlock all vehicles, go to the cheat menu and enter the phrase "theCollector". This code is case-sensitive.

To unlock all modes, go to the cheat menu and enter the phrase "dextran". This code is case-sensitive.

To have better control over the car in the air, enter the code "carcrobatics".

To have machine guns, rockets, plenty of nitro ?Þ be invincible, enter the code "immortal."

To unlock all cities, enter the code "Globetrotter." This code is case-sensitive.

To become invisible, hold L1 and TRIANGLE while you are playing the game. (You can't let go even while driving.)

Enter "wheels of fire" at the cheat menu.

In the Cheat Menu, enter howfastcanitbeX. The 'X' represents 0-9. Example: howfastcanitbe(0-9)

Input voomPeds in the in-game cheats menu.

While driving the motorbike, deliberately throw the driver off (three guesses how) and immediately press START to pause. When you unpause, the game will occasionally glitch and the rider will be removed.

To give people the figer, you need to put the gun code and the all cars code in. Now pick the motorbike and a level. Fire the gun rapidly and stay in one place, and your rider will give people the middle finger.

Look at some of the graffiti on the walls in Los Angeles to find some interesting things. Near a wall by the airport is graffiti that says "Vice City", there is also a wall that had "Rockstar" on it.
