Clear the game on Fetish Difficulty. Save the cleared game and enter DOWN, DOWN, CIRCLE, UP, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, SQUARE, R2, UP, UP, L1, TRIANGLE on the title screen. The the game cannot be saved if this code is enabled.

The following codes have no effect until you complete both levels with five stars. Each of the codes have two parts, which are unlocked by a specific level (for example the end of level 1 & 2 with at least a three star rank) on the game art that appears.
