This will affect a critical system file for the game. Make a back-up copy of the file before you edit the heck out of it.

Locate the /Program Files/Singles2/Config/ directory and find the Game.* file. Edit that file using a text editor, such as Notepad. Locate the following code and make the following changes to your file:

Locate the config.* file in the Singles 2 directory and open it with a text editor like Notepad. Locate the text string with moneystartstory under the game section and you can edit the starting amounts for all new (non-loaded) games.

And equate the values to true to have everything the game offers to play. The money can be set up to 100,000 or you can change the first line where you see xxxx = 100000 to a different number and increase each game's starting money to the new maximum.
