To become a hostile pilot, go into a training level which has another Terran ship besides the Instructor. Shoot at him until his hull intergrity reaches Critical. He will come over the comm and say "You'll pay for that, traitor!" Demolish them and return to your base, only to find that you are to be executed immediatley!
