To unlock all of the hidden characters go to the main menu. Then highligh Bonus and hit Select twice, highlight Director and hit Select four times, highlight Practice and hit Select once, finally highight Arcade and hit Select four times.

To unlock extra bonus games, go to the main menu. Then highlight Bonus and hit Select five times, highlight Option and hit Select three times, highlight Versus and hit Select once, finally highlight Director and hit Select twice.

To unlock the sample data, first go to the main menu. Then highlight Practice and press Select, highlight Director and press Select, highlight Versus and press Select, highlight Arcade and press Select, highlight Option and press Select, highligh Bonus and press Select, highlight Director and press Select, highlight Versus and press Select, highlight Arcade and press Select, finally highligh Practice and press Select.

To unlock the vs. Bison bonus, go to the main menu. Then highlight Bonus and press Select 13 times, highlight Director press Select four times, finally highlight Bonus press Select 13 more times.

Clear all E-rank missions in expert mode, or clear the arcade mode more than 9 times.

Unlock Garuda then clear all D-rank missions in expert mode, or clear the arcade mode more than 14 times.

Unlock Kairi then clear all B-rank missions in expert mode, or clear the arcade mode more than 24 times and beat Bison 2 twice.

Unlock Shadow then clear all C-rank missions in expert mode, or clear the arcade mode more than 19 times and beat Bison 2 twice.
