Here is a good tip to beat up Mojo Jojo in story battle. Mojo Jojo is kinda tricky to win and if he gets his hands on all three chemical x bottles, then you are most likely roasted.

When round begins, immediately take the photo book and throw it at Mojo, then quickly go and grab the record player from the middle of the room and throw it at Mojo. Take the chemical x bottle which Mojo drops and collect the third bottle from the platform between the steam pipes and use the special attack to Mojo.

If everything goes OK you should have taken at least 50% of Mojo's health and you have still full 100%! You should have pretty good changes on winning the match, but if something goes wrong, then the match will be pretty thight. This one needs pretty fast fingers and practice.
