When you are shooting with the MegaBuster (the normal weapon), quickly tap UP. As you jerk forward like this, you will fire off more shots than you normally can. This trick is very useful in the early parts of the game, when you have very few upgrades for your gun.

To become Evil Mega Man, keep beating up animals and thrash cans till your face became completely black. To become a Holy Mega Man, donate at least one million zenny to the church.

Not exactly a dominatrix, but Roll can knock over Mega Man if you do this correctly. At the beginning of the game, when Roll accompanies Mega Man on a dig, you can attempt to use Mega Man's Lifter Arm to pick up Roll. This is disallowed by the game, and Roll will seriously damage (and sometimes kills Mega Man). If you cannot pick up Roll, you can try shooting her several times with the Arm Cannon.

In Elysium or Saul Kada Ruins, there are enemies that erupt from the ground called cruncher traps. Avoid them easily using your jet skates or by keeping to the side to avoid them. If you are caught, rapidly tap the jump button to escape.
