At the title screen press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Square, Circle. If you do it before you play a two player game, the first player will have them and the second player will be normal.

On the title screen press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Triangle, Triangle. You may now press Select in a game and get more camera modes than before.
